Carolina Panthers hope Steph Curry’s hot hand rubs off on them
The Carolina Panthers are trying to squeeze as much good luck from Steph Curry as they can.
The Golden State Warriors superstar — and former Charlotte-area college hoops legend — has been connecting quite a bit with the Panthers and made an appearance at their game against the Houston Texans on Sunday.
Check out the video above as he wishes the Panthers good luck.
Davidson, Curry’s alma mater, is about a 20-minute drive from Bank Of America Stadium, and Curry thought he’d share some of his championship mojo with Panthers quarterback Cam Newton pregame.
Interesting that Curry is only (listed as) two inches shorter than Cam, for those scoring at home.
Head coach Ron Rivera gave Curry a personalized Panthers jersey for his 27th birthday back in March.
