The Ravens have been on quite the roll over the past few years, thanks to the John Harbaugh era. The head coach of Baltimore has rearranged the team over his eight years of being in prime position, and they haven’t had a losing record under him. All eyes will be focused on Super Bowl-winning quarterback Joe Flacco, who is expected to improve even more so under the tutelage of offensive coordinator, Marc Trestman. And Flacco will need to bring his A-game against Denver’s ninth-best ranked defence line. The Ravens can’t have forgotten their 2013 opener against Denver, where they were flattened in a 49-24 loss. This match will definitely have an air of vengeance about it.
Baltimore lost their week four 2015 preseason match against the Atlanta Falcons, just missing out on winning in a 20-19 finish. Brynn Renner showed prowess, completing 18 of his 24 pass attempts for 128 yards and two touchdowns. Terrence Magee rushed nine times for 37 yards and a further 20 yards were added by Fitzgerald Toussaint in six attempts.
Denver finished the 2014 season at the top of the AFC West, clinching the division with 12 wins and just four losses. However, despite this, the team still couldn’t claim the Super Bowl victory, and therefore head coach, John Fox ended up being replaced by Gary Kubiak. Denver does have an ultimately strong passing game, thanks to constant column-to-lean-on, Peyton Manning. Last season saw him rack up over 4,500 passing yards and 33 touchdowns for the fifth consecutive time, a feat that the Broncos can be proud of.
The 2015 preseason brought Denver a second place, just behind the Kansas City Chiefs. A total of 75 points were claimed by the Broncos in their three victory, one loss record. Six touchdowns were also achieved during the same preseason, while both their away games ended in wins.

We think that the Ravens are in tough here. They have a good offensive line and top level QB in Joe Flacco, but who is he going to throw to? Justin Forsett had a big year last season, but we don’t expect him to do much against a very good Broncos’ defense. Peyton is a year older, but I he can still get it done.
