Missouri farm creates Royals-Cardinals I-70 series corn maze
If you don’t think the people of Missouri are getting serious about their league-leading baseball teams, check this out.
Shryocks Callaway Farms, which sits along I-70 between Kansas City and St. Louis, has put together a Royals-Cardinals themed corn maze for fans of all ages to enjoy, and for outsiders like the rest of us to marvel at.

That’s some incredibly detailed art work. Honestly, it will never not be amazing to look at such a design given all the work that goes in to it. It takes precision and flawless execution, all of which appear to be on point here.
Of course, if you wanted to be nitpicky you could say the maze doesn’t exactly reflect the path both the Royals and Cardinals are taking to the postseason this year. If we’re going for accuracy in 2015, it would be a straight line without any twists or turns.
Fortunately for the kids, they opted to go with the more creative route. Just like this Ohio farm did for the Cincinnati Reds back in 2012.
As you can see in the tweet above, the corn maze officially opens on Sept. 11 and closes on Nov. 1, which could fall right in the middle of a Royals-Cardinals I-70 World Series. Just imagine the potential spike in traffic if those two teams were to meet again on the 30th anniversary of their classic 1985 World Series.
We’re guessing they already have. Between fans and media traveling back and forth, this might be one epic fall for Shryocks Callaway Farms,
