Pogba hints at summer move from Juve
Paul Pogba has said he does not know “for how long” he will stay at Juventus, hinting that he could leave at the end of this season.
Pogba, 22, was heavily linked with a summer move, with Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea interested.
Juventus rejected an €80 million offer from the Spanish champions as the France international stayed put during the transfer window.
But Pogba, under contract to Juventus until 2019, told Telefoot: “Today I am at Juventus — but I do not know for how long.
“Why did I stay? Why not? It was not a certainty that I would leave.
“We will do this year, and then we will see how things go. I am at Juventus, I am only thinking about Juventus.”
Earlier this month, Serie A champions Juventus have announced that Pogba would wear their coveted No. 10 shirt this season, taking over from the departed Carlos Tevez.
Roberto Baggio, Zinedine Zidane and Alessandro Del Piero are just three of the former greats who have worn the No. 10 shirt at Juventus — a number that carries a great significance for Bianconeri fans.
