UCLA unveils alternate black ‘City Lights’ uniforms (Photos)
UCLA unveiled new “City Lights” alternate uniforms on Thursday, which look a lot like the “LA Steel” uniforms that the team released in July of last year.
Sure, these uniforms are black and last year’s were “onyx gray,” the numbers are slightly different and the new helmets are matte black instead of patterned, but more or less this year’s alternate and last year’s are the same idea with different names.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing, though. UCLA looked sharp in its alternate uniforms last year and probably will again this year. Why change what works, right?
