Watch as Theo Epstein and Anthony Rizzo sing karaoke together
You know what they say: The team that karaokes together, stays together. OK, nobody says that, but we may have to reconsider if the Chicago Cubs continue to play this well.

During the team’s recent sweep of the San Francisco Giants, first baseman Anthony Rizzo turned 26. He decided to celebrate his birthday by going out on the town. Things must have gotten crazy, because, before he knew it, Rizzo was signing karaoke with his boss.
The birthday boy is in the middle. He’s flanked by Cubs president Theo Epstein on the left, and blogger Dan Katz on the right.
We have to give them credit for going with AC/DC. It’s a tough voice to imitate, but no one cares as long as you bring the energy. Based on the above video, the trio definitely brought the energy.
Going out with your boss can be dangerous, but it appears everyone had a good time during the celebration. If there’s an upside for Rizzo, he probably was able to get some embarrassing video of Epstein during the night.

That could come in handy 15 years from now. When Rizzo is washed up, he can blackmail Epstein with embarrassing photos/videos of karaoke performances in order to stay in the lineup. It’s a savage move, but we respect it.
