Watch as this softball player hits a home run on a behind-the-back swing
Over the years, we’ve seen some pretty unique home runs. We’ve experienced inside-the-park dingers, home runs that have bounced off Jose Canseco’s head and players hit bombs from one knee.

Well, this was something completely different. It may not have taken place during a baseball game, but we’re not going to complain. Any time you can write the term “behind-the-back home run” is a good day, as far as we’re concerned.
Incroyable!!!

The team featured in the above video is the Les 4 Chevaliers. They are a Montreal-based club similar to the Harlem Globetrotters.
The player in the video is Renaud Lefort. You’ll notice that he walks into the lefty side of the batter’s box, but does so with a right-handed stance. It doesn’t matter. Lefort still manages to hit a home run on a behind-the-back swing. The whole thing is pretty impressive.

That brings up the next question: What will Lefort do for an encore? We would love to see a multi-ball home run, or maybe something involving the bat being held with his feet. Is a cartwheel home run too much to ask? After seeing this, we’re inclined to believe anything is possible.
