Kevin Durant’s swatting children’s shots at his basketball camp again
Lest you think Kevin Durant was only using unsuspecting children to work on his offensive game this summer, the former NBA Most Valuable Player clearly wants Oklahoma City Thunder fans and interested NBA observers to know that he’s taking his defense seriously, too … much to the chagrin of the tots trying to get up some shots at KD’s summer basketball camps in the OKC area:

Durant’s reign of defensive terror didn’t stop there. He proceeded to snuff out the bucket-getting dreams of several other youngsters with the temerity to try to score on a six-time All-Star with arms longer than their summer reading list:

This isn’t the first time KD’s decided to go all Mutombo on campers. That could be good news for Thunder fans — the video in that link came from the summer of 2013, just before Durant set sail on a season for the ages, averaging 32 points, 7.4 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game en route to winning the MVP.
As a matter of fact, maybe you should pack in a couple more swats, KD. Coming off three foot surgeries, there’s no such thing as too many good luck charms.
