Pacers' George practices in full, eyes return
Associated Press
INDIANAPOLIS — Paul George is back to full-time work.
On Thursday, the Pacers’ two-time All-Star finished his first full practice since the compound fracture of his right leg. That’s three days sooner than expected. He is trying to return by Sunday, the date team doctors set in August.
But it’s still unclear when George will play in games, and neither George nor coach Frank Vogel would give a timetable for that. George said that his leg feels good and that he hopes to return this season.
