College Football Picks Against The Spread Noon November 29 – Fantasy CPR
Just in case you want to see what you have missed so far:
This piece will cover my college football picks against the spread for the noon kickoffs today. Stay tuned for the rest of my picks for the day! They will be up before the first games kick off!
Cincinnati(6.5) at Temple: This looks low considering how well the Bearcats have played of late. I know Temple has a good defense, but if they need offense to keep them in this game, they don’t have it. Give me Cincy.
South Carolina at (21)Clemson(-6.5): This line is low if Watson can play more than three plays this time around. The Gamecocks have had all kinds of issues this year, and they are on the road. I’m taking Clemson.
(16)Georgia Tech at (9)Georgia(-13.5): This looks a little bit high. Georgia’s defense has had some issues this year, and while GT does not have explosive playmakers, they are good at what they do. I’m taking Georgia Tech.
Kentucky at (22)Louisville(-13.5): The Wildcats have fallen apart since starting the season strong. Louisville’s defensive front is very good. They likely will disrupt the game, but will they do so enough to win by two touchdowns? Probably. Kentucky has lost five straight, all of them by double digits. Give me Louisville.
West Virginia(-13.5) at Iowa State: Wait, did I miss something here? I know that Iowa State has been bad, but a two touchdown home dog to a middle of the road team seems a bit much. Give me Iowa State.
North Texas at UTSA(-4.5): The UTSA defense should be good enough to keep this a low scoring game. I’m going with the Roadrunners at home.
Old Dominion at Florida Atlantic(-3.5): I keep going against FAU and losing, so I’m going to change it up and take the Owls this week.
Rice at Louisiana Tech(-7.5): I don’t like that half at all. Give me Rice.
Illinois at Northwestern(-8.5): This is too many. Illinois has beaten some good teams this year, including Minnesota, Penn State, and Western Kentucky. Oh, and the winner goes to a bowl. Give me Illinois.
Purdue at Indiana(-2.5): This is WAY too low. Purdue has struggled against running teams, and the Hoosiers might have the best back in the conference in Tevin Coleman. Give me Indiana for my lock of the day!
Michigan at (6)Ohio State(-20.5): I don’t care how poorly Michigan has played this year. This is a rivalry game. Not only that, but this is one of the biggest rivalries in football. I’m taking Michigan.
Syracuse at Boston College(-11.5): BC had good showings against Florida State and USC, but has struggled in other games against lesser opponents. Meanwhile, Syracuse has struggled everywhere lately. Give me BC.
North Carolina State at North Carolina(-6.5): The Wolfpack defense has been profoundly bad for most of the season. The Tarheels’ offense is very, very good. The defense? Not to much. Then again, the Wolfpack offense has not done much either. Give me UNC…..easily.
Louisiana-Lafayette(-10.5) at Troy: I don’t buy this for one minute. There is no way this game is decided by double digits. Give me Troy.
