Former ‘N Sync member to host pillow fight at USD-SDSU football game

Joey Fatone is hosting a giant pillow fight in between quarters at a football game this year.
Yup, that’s right.
You see, In between the first and second quarter of the the annual matchup between South Dakota and South Dakota State, the two school partake in what is described as the “world’s largest pillow fight.”
This year, when the two teams take the field in Brookings, S.D. on Saturday, the event will be hosted by former ‘N Sync singer Joey Fatone, according to the Argus Leader:
The event, which is sponsored by Super 8, will take place at the end of the first quarter. According to a news release, Fatone will throw the first pillow, and the rest of the fight will occur in the grandstands. Prizes will be given out, and participants have an opportunity to keep the pillow or donate it to charity.
The 2014 event is the 40th edition of the annual tradition. What better way to celebrate 40 years of pillow fighting than with an appearance from Joey Fatone.
