Michael Doctor intercepted a Taylor Kelly pass and returned it 35 yards for a touchdown to seal the Beavers’ upset of the Sun Devils, 35-27. Arizona State had risen to No. 6 in the most recent College Football Playoff rankings.

Oregon State had a final chance to try to send the game to overtime with a touchdown and two-point conversion, but Kelly was sacked on fourth down.
