Jameis Winston conduct hearing rescheduled Dec. 1
The code of conduct hearing for Jameis Winston has been pushed back to Dec. 1, according to a USA Today report.
The ACC Championship Game — which FSU is a lock to play in barring an on-field disaster — is Dec. 6 in Charlotte, N.C.
According to the Florida State University conduct code, the student will receive a letter with the decision within 10 class days of the end of the hearing. The last day for exams at FSU is Dec. 12, according to the report, and if the hearing is not completed until Dec. 5 or later, the 10-class-days rule could fall after the national championship game when classes resume.

The national semifinal games are Jan. 1 and the championship game is Jan. 12.
Last week, Winston’s attorney, David Cornwell, notified the university that he was requesting additional time to prepare for the hearing.
The hearing is being held to determine if Winston violated the code of conduct at the university, including two sections for sexual misconduct and two for endangerment.
