according to multiple reports. Brandon Weeden will get the start for the Dallas Cowboys.
Tony Romo will miss Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals as a result of a back injury suffered on Monday night against the Washington Redskins,Romo had missed several practices this week, and general manager Jerry Jones had deemed him a game-day decision. It’s game day, and apparently the decision is no.

Earlier in the week, Jones had said the decision to play would be in Romo’s hands. Romo had suffered the injury during the Washington game but had returned to the game in an ultimately failed attempt to upend the Redskins.
Looking ahead, the Cowboys play the Jaguars next week in London, then have a Week 11 bye. This game against the Arizona Cardinals aside, this is fortuitous timing for Romo, as he could skip the London trip and get an extra week of rest. For now, though, this is a sudden dark spot on what had been a very bright season indeed for Dallas.
