Kansas City, San Francisco public libraries squabble in advance of World Series matchup
The internet has allowed our civilization to enjoy some of the true wonders of the world, like videos of cats riding atop robotic vacuum cleaners while wearing a shark costume. It’s a beautiful thing that we wouldn’t have the access to if not for the Internet.
But the Internet also reminds us that a. some organizations shouldn’t use Twitter and b. some people take sporting events way too seriously.

As if it weren’t already ridiculous enough that San Francisco radio stations are refusing to play Lorde’s “Royals” during the World Series, we now have public libraries from Kansas City and San Francisco bickering over well, stuff.

Not as nasty as you would expect, but, well, these are public libraries we are talking about.
