Why was this lady holding a crow at the Redskins game?

The Redskins beat the Titans 19-17 at home on Sunday. The game was rather boring. Kirk Cousins got benched in favor of Colt McCoy, and while the Redskins did win the game on a last-second field goal, the two teams did not provide much of substance.

The action in the stadiums was much more entertaining. Take this for example: A lady playing with what appears to be a pet crow.

First and foremost: WHAT? 

Secondly: WHAT?

But seriously, though. How does one even get a live bird into a stadium? Did she corral it in the parking lot? Did she summon it into the stadium from the field? Is it even legal to own a crow? Wait, is that a raven? Can she speak to birds? How does one harness this power?

We have so many questions that we desperately need answers to.
