Pro wrestler Daniel Bryan pumps up AT&T Park crowd before NLDS Game 3
SAN FRANCISCO — After the San Francisco Giants’ final regular season game of the year, Hunter Pence gave the fans at AT&T Park an impassioned speech. He invoked WWE star Daniel Bryan’s “Yes! Yes! Yes!” chant when asking the home crowd if they wanted to see another game in S.F.
The Giants had to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates in the NL wild-card game, in Pittsburgh, to ensure AT&T Park would see more baseball this season. The Giants won, of course, and then took two from the Washington Nationals to start the NLDS.
The Giants returned home Monday for that home game everybody wanted so much, which was now also a possible clincher against the Nats. To put another cherry on top of this one, Bryan came out to pump up the Giants crowd with another “Yes! Yes! Yes!” chant that ended with a “Play ball!”
Bryan also bro’d out with Pence before first pitch, because of course. You gotta wonder if Bryce Harper was feeling left out of the brodown.
